Luxe Lounge is the best! Jenny Ash is not only patient and thorough, she is incredibly knowledgeable. I have never felt pressured to get any kind of service and in fact have had the opposite experience. I also see Savannah for facials and she does an awesome job. The entire staff is warm and welcoming.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience! The front desk girls were so welcoming and even answered all my questions through text before we came in, which made me feel confident we chose the right place. Our nurse Haley was amazing…. very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone there was beautiful, kind, and made us feel so comfortable. We’re already loving our results and can’t wait to go back!

First-time visit and I’m so impressed! I recently moved to Lexington and was recommended to Luxe Lounge Med Spa and I’m so glad I went. I visited for dysport treatment and to learn more about skincare options, and from start to finish the experience was fantastic. The space is spotless, beautifully designed, and feels relaxing the moment you walk in. Anna did my treatment and she went above and beyond. She educated me on things I didn’t even realize about my own skin and future treatment options. She made me feel completely comfortable and was very consultative. The whole staff was welcoming and professional, and I even got a small gift from their recent open house celebration. Beyond thoughtful! You can tell they truly care about their clients. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, consultative med spa experience!

I drive from Louisville because I trust Luxe Lounge so much. Anna is always 100% honest and transparent with the pros, cons and cost of my treatment options. I never ever feel pressured one way or the other. My results have been amazing and exceed what I thought possible. I also really appreciate the time spent to discuss my long term options and have a “care plan” for how to achieve and maintain my aesthetic goals.

I love this place!! The moment I walked in, which is the most awkward part of going anywhere new, the front ladies are very warm and welcoming. I initially did a lash lift and tint with Sarah, who was great. She explained everything she was doing. I really loved my results. After that was done the ladies at the front was able to get me into a consult for potential lasers on my face. I met with Anna who right away was able to explain to me my facial issues and come up with a treatment plan to fit my needs. I returned a week later to have my first BBL and MOXI treatment. She was great! Also explained everything and very personable. I have felt like every step of the way, they are all aware of me and my needs. It is hard to explain, but I don't feel "unseen", I feel seen and heard and very comfortable there. Looking forward to my next visits!!

I’m a college student who has been looking for a place to get consistent facials, as my skin has been struggling recently. I tried Luxe Lounge Medspa out and I absolutely loved it. My skin is feeling so hydrated, soft, and healthy. Since my facial, I’ve decided to sign up for a membership since the prices are fair and the experience is amazing. I definitely recommend trying it out, I got the new client facial. I’ve already recommended it to my friends!

Anna was amazing! She took the time to really listen to my concerns and what I was hoping to achieve before getting Dysport. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I truly appreciated how thorough she was and how much she cared about getting the best results for me. Highly recommend!

I had my first experience at Luxe Lounge with Ashley. It was my first lash lift & tint as well. Let me preface by saying I'm not a girly girl, I don't wear makeup regularly and prefer a more natural look. Moisturizer and go, sometimes some mascara, but I wanted to make my eyes pop a little more without having to curl and apply mascara every day. I had been on the fence about getting it done and did not know where to go. I was apprehensive abiut the whole process at first but I was made to feel very comfortable at Luxe. The front staff were super friendly when I arrived and Ashley, my provider, made me feel right at home with her demeanor and bright personality. We talked the entire time that she was doing her thing on my lashes. Being my first time I wasn't sure what to expect but she explained everything to me as she went. A very pleasant experience overall and my lashes look fantastic. I got three compliments at work first thing and I didn't tell anyone I was having it done. Definitely recommend 10/10!
